I shall cease to be a student of the Institute at any time if I go on strike or
absent myself from the classes during the period of strike or violate any rules
and regulations prescribed by the Institution.
If I am found at any time in
possession or custody of arms such as rods, chains, swords, guns, stock etc within
the premises of the Institute, I am liable to be expelled from the Institute.
If I am found at any time in possession or custody of drugs, alcohol or found to
have consumed any of these I am liable to be expelled summarily from the Institute
and legally proceeded against.
I am fully aware that ragging in any form is
illegal and I have full knowledge of the provision of the Indian Penal Code and
rules of the State Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. If I indulge in ragging I am liable
to be persecuted against as per orders of the Hon. Supreme Court of India. While
defining the ragging the act also includes physical or mental harm including teasing,
abusing etc. I am also aware that I am liable to be expelled from the Institute
at the discretion of the Institute authorities, if I am indulging in the ragging
and other acts of violence or abet other persons indulging in such activities.
I am fully aware that if I engage in any activities, which shall damage the image
or property of the Institute within or without the campus, I may be expelled from
the Institute.
Fee is subject to revision and I undertaken to pay the revised
fee as when notified.
I will abide by the dress code whenever introduced in
the institute.
My Parents/Guardian will meet the principal whenever called to
do so.
I am aware that I am required to full fill the minimum requirement of
75% of attendance in theory and practical?s, failing which I may not be permitted
to appear in university examination.
If I am expelled from the Institute for any reason whatsoever my stay in the Institute
shall be unauthorized and I am liable for disciplinary action as per the rules of
the Institute. I am aware that my readmission to the Institute shall be entirely
at the discretion of the Institute authorities and if I am permitted to rejoin the
Institution, readmission fees prescribed by the Institute authorities.
