As per the recent study conducted by industries, a large number of fresh engineering graduates are not immediately employable due to a lack of skills set- both technical and behavioral. Behavioral gap of the students are continuously met by an intensive in-house personality development programme from the very beginning at IIST.
To improve the technical skills gap, Indore Institute of Science & Technology has put in place a rigorous academic schedule with tutorial sessions. Mentors have worked hard with their students and have given full assistance whenever required. This has produced the desired outcome as can be seen from the outstanding final year engineering results which has just been declared by RGPV.
100% students of Mechanical, EC, CS, EI and IT branches have been successful in their final examination with a large number of students getting distinction. Ms Paridhi Jain of IT with 83.7%, Ms Kriti Manihar of EC with 84.1%, Mr Prakash Kumar of EI with 82.8%, Mr Vikram Solanki of CS with 81.3% and Mr Ashish Shadija of Mechanical with 83.5% have topped their respective classes and thus, have brought glory to not only themselves but also to Indore Institute of Science & Technology.
