• To prepare students for facing the Campus Interviews through various Personality Development courses, Mock Campus Sessions, as well as by training them specifically in Aptitude Tests and Group Discussions by Professional Trainers.

• To organize Campus Interviews for all final year students with industries and business houses of good repute.

• To arrange Industrial Visit and Vocational Training for all the students, as per their curriculum.

• To encourage and motivate all the students through regular guest lectures from corporate personnel plus organizing some outbound activities which inculcates in them a spirit of leadership team building which is useful tool in making up a corporate individual.

The Institute has a central Training and Placement Cell. In this cell apart from the official coordination of Training & Placement, maximum contribution comes from student who are the coordinators of Placement.  All of them together has one vision and mission i.e. to plan and organize the campus Activities in smooth and effective manner throughout the academic session.

During Campus Drives, the infrastructure supports as through--

• Big Seminar Halls which are well equipped with audio-visual facilities. All the companies utilize these Halls in order to give their PPT.

• Big computer centers which can be utilised by the students for giving online test of various companies.

• Spacious conference room with video conferencing facilities, which can be utilized by students as well as companies for interviews.

The Placement office maintains a regular contact with the partnering organization for inviting them for campuses.

After getting the intimation on arrival dates, the information is spread amongst students through Notice Board, Placement Coordinators and E-Mails from T & P.

• Students participating in the Placement activity have to undergo a Verification Process. In this all their documents of Academics from 10th till their last semester / degree are seen by the Placement Team. Based on this verification the database in compiled for each student of the Institute.
  
  
• Once the Placement Process is initiated then the students may attend the presentations by different organizations and make their decisions to sit for the selection process.
  
  
• Students are directed to have a proper arrangement of documents in their folder with few coloured photo, during the coarse Campus Drive.
  
  
• Its mandatory for all the students to carry the Identity Cards during the Campus Drive. This they have to exhibit in front of the Selection Team as well as in front of Placement Officials. 
  
  
• If the student is placed in one company then he is not allowed to sit for other companies. This rule is basically followed in order to provide maximum job opportunities to all the students.
